Kerri Simon was born and raised in Uptown New Orleans, Louisiana. A proud alumna of Ben Franklin High School, she went on to attend both Texas Christian University and Louisiana State University. In 1994, Kerri and her husband—now a real estate broker—purchased and renovated their first home in the Bucktown neighborhood of Metairie. That experience ignited a passion for real estate, leading them to buy, renovate, and sell multiple properties across the Greater New Orleans area.

In 2012, Kerri took her passion to the next level by joining DSLD Homes as a Builder Sales Representative. Over the course of 13 years, she successfully sold more than 500 homes throughout Houma/Thibodaux, Belle Chasse, and Luling.

Now a dedicated real estate agent, Kerri brings over 30 years of experience, outstanding communication skills, and a strong commitment to personal service. She is known for making the home buying and selling process smooth and stress-free by guiding clients through every step and offering valuable market insight. Her hands-on approach ensures that questions are answered promptly, concerns are addressed with care, and any challenges are met with proactive solutions.

When she’s not working, Kerri enjoys spending time on the tennis court, sailing on Lake Pontchartrain, or walking the family’s miniature Dachshund, Tanka, along the levee. A true New Orleanian at heart, she and her family of five love celebrating Mardi Gras, cheering on the Saints and LSU Tigers, and enjoying the many festivals the city has to offer. As both a wife and mom, Kerri treasures quality time with family and friends.
